In order to put your house on the market an Energy Performance Certificate is now required. If you don't have one, we can arrange that, put up a striking sales board if required, put you in touch with a local solicitor to provide a great conveyancing rate and a mortgage advisor to arrange a mortgage deal.
We are currently offering a great rate of 1.25% including VAT. (Subject to a minimum fee of £1200 inc vat).
